Just Be Mentally Free – Strongly Rooted

In all the Universe, there is no one identical to me.

I was chosen to be brought into this universe, I am a gift, a miracle. 

My higher power makes up me, mine is God. My higher power nurtured me from

the moment of conception. My higher power nurtured and continues to nurture me with

love.  My higher power is always inside me, unconditionally loving me, I am never alone.

I have everything I need to grow and feel strong rooted in my own self-love, confidence,

and inner security. I am free to live genuinely, out of my true self because my higher

power will never abandon me. I am never alone! I can get through anything that comes

my way, any adversity, big or small. As long as I nurture, empower and value myself,  I

can be completely aware of my intimate self and deal with how I feel in a healthy and

courageous way, keeping me in a state of peace and self-love, which allows me to live out

of my true self. Everything I do is authentic to me because I choose my thoughts and my

feelings. I own everything about me.  I can become intimately acquainted with me and

know everything about me.  No one can take away anything about me.  My hopes, my

dreams, my desires, my fantasies are all part of me.
